Place your order through Eros Delivery and provide a current phone number and accurate delivery location.

Hotel deliveries

Delivery may take place in the lobby, at the front desk, valet, rideshare area or another hotel-approved location.

Delivery time

One-hour delivery is available in many areas. Actual time depends on preparation, traffic, distance and hotel access.

Packaging

Orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging.
